We are expanding and looking for a strong leader to manage our showroom operations and drive sales growth.

🎯 Key Responsibilities
📈 Sales & Performance

• Lead showroom sales team to achieve monthly targets
• Handle high-value customers (gym owners & corporate buyers)
• Monitor daily sales performance & conversion rate
• Plan promotions & sales strategies

🧑‍💼 Team Management

• Supervise and train Sales Executives
• Set KPI & ensure discipline
• Conduct weekly sales meetings
• Motivate and build a strong sales culture

🏪 Showroom Operations

• Ensure showroom display is professional & organized
• Manage stock coordination with warehouse
• Handle major customer complaints
• Ensure smooth daily operations

💼 Requirements

• 3–5 years experience in retail/sales management
• Strong leadership & communication skills
• Sales-driven mindset
• Able to handle pressure & targets
• Experience in fitness equipment or big-ticket sales is a plus
• Able to work weekends
